Veritas no longer accepts Manual Orders

As part of our Easy Order Systems initiative, we have identified an opportunity to improve the quality of customer orders received, and the reliability of data associated with each order. So effective from November 14, 2016, Veritas will no longer accept manual sales orders. From this date forward, all customer orders will need to be submitted through Web Form or Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).

Evolution in our Product Retirement Process

Effective 7 November, Veritas has a new End-Of-Life (EOL) policy for all our products. The EOL policy was changed to align with common EOL practices at enterprise software companies, to simplify our support offerings and to reduce exceptions. Note, customer notifications were sent by email by end of October'16.

Spotlight on Customer Partner Success (CPS) for Expert Partners

As per our announcement in Oct’15, the legacy Customer Reference requirement and CSAT program will be replaced with a more simplified Customer Partner Success (CPS) requirement. All Expert Partners will be measured against the CPS requirement in the annual re-level (Apr, 2017) as part of the Veritas Partner Force program overall obligation
